Scouter Trail is led by Scouter Joel, a lifelong and dedicated member of Scouts Canada. Scouting is a family tradition for him, starting as a Beaver at the age of 5, following in the footsteps of his father (a Scouter with 3rd Kamloops) and grandfather (Scout Master for the 1st Haney Scout Group). Joel’s commitment to scouting is evident in his 1993 achievement of the Chief Scout Award and his continued involvement as a Troop Scouter with his sons’ Scout Troop.
